Shipping policy
Standard delivery is 5 - 7 working days and will cost £5.00. All orders over £100 are eligible for free standard delivery.
First Class delivery is 3-4 working days and will cost £7.00.
Products will be sent via Hermes or Royal Mail.
An email will be sent with relevant tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Please contact us with regards to international shipping as they will be subject to VAT/ Duty/ Taxes and handling fees.
Collection is only available to London residents. If you wish to collect your items please email info@artefactsclo.com to arrange this.
